m111 vs bud118

Hello I have an apple rootstock question. For a few years I have been using m111 as my rootstock of choice. It has good anchorage is fireblight resistant and is very vigorous makes close to a full size tree; but in our heat is somewhat dwarfed. This has been a good all around rootstock for me But I sell trees and would like to offer more options because this a not very precocious stock and root balls on the trunk (cannot think of the proper term) are driving me crazy. I know that around here in a the heat a semi full tree to full sized rootstock is what we need. So I was thinking bud118 My question is how does bud118 compare to m111 in a hot climate. I have heard that it is more precocious than m111 is this true? How is anchorage on bud118? How does it handle drought/ wet conditions. and the big question how firebight tolerant is it?? I would like to hear from other who have used this stock and how it performed for them.

Thanks
