I think that's related to the other plant, although I'm not sure if it's a codiaeum too.

They need a lot of light, so put them near a window. Also, humidity is good for them, so if you have a humidifier, you might one to hook it up in the room with the plants. As far as watering goes, let the soil dry down to the point where if you stick your finger down about an inch in the soil, it still feels dry. Watering the too much will make them rot (and watering not enough causes wilting and leaf drop, but isn't that FATAL unless done constantly, although the plants won't look very nice).

I'd keep that Codaeum (aka Croton) more wet, or water it more thoroughly when you do.

Your second plant is a Dracaena godseffiana aka Dracaena surculosa.
