My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My first birdhouse!

As embarassing as this is, I am too darn proud of this project....

It began as a rescued (from the dump) nightstand, painted purple and orange. I had an epiphany the minute I saw it (inspired by all your talk of T 2 T birdhouses) and my own handy dandy man (steppop) helped me make the vision into reality. He did however scoff when I drug it in.....

It turned out even better than I envisioned. I gave it to my mom for her cottage garden, she loved it.

It can function outside as a birdhouse condo, with room on the penthouse level for food and water trays. And boast its own rooftop perch. Or it can be used as a storage for whatever......

Here is a link that might be useful: birdhouse three views
