Maranta for North window

Hi,

I have a new plant, a Maranta (prayer plant). It's the green one with brown "tracks." Sometimes called Rabbit's tracks. Anyway, I know they love humidity, so it's on a damp pebble tray and misted twice a day. Problem is I think it's getting too much light in the East window-bleached out leaves, markings are fading and the edges are turning crispy. Should I move it to a North window? Thanks for your thoughts,

Jen
