Sorry this is late - The paint is not paint it is venitian plaster in a high wax finish. However, I based the color I wanted on a piant color so this may help you:
Laura Ashley paint color Gold 4 for the walls. I found the color sample at Lowe's. All the trim is in a Dunn Edwards - Swiss Coffee. The references I used for the kitchen island were from Sherwin Williams paint colors "Refuge" and "Tempe Star" with a glaze and the outer cabinets are French White with a brown glaze.

I love this kitchen! You did an Amazing job. I am redoing my Kitchen; painters come tomorrow and I just switched my SW color from Svelte Sage to your colors! THANK YOU!

Everything in the room was custom - Please see my comments above for color specifics. The walls are Venetian plaster the island and cabinets are custom.
