pruning during a drought

OK, I've been remiss and need to get some pruning done on some 2 and 3 year old peaches, apples, and pears. We haven't had any rain in two and a half months after horrific floods spring and summer. Right now the trees are pretty stressed. Any problems with pruning right now?
