Germination time?

18 years ago

I re-planted part of my back yard ten days ago but I still see no signs of grass. We've had plenty of rain the last week. How long do I wait before suspecting that the seed isn't going to germinate?

I bought fresh seed at my local grain elevator, so I wouldn't think that would be the problem. (It's a KBG/Fescue mix).
