Bidding on a project that requires 3500lbs of Flexterra Mulch. Unfortunately we have a 1800 gal Reinco Jet agitated machine. We had terrible results with BFM Mulch a few years back. It clogged the machine constantly. We ended up using National Fiber Mulch with tactifier added and had excellent results with no washouts on 2 and 3 to one slopes. Any suggestions other than a new Finn or some other machine. Maybe an additive to completely wet the mulch so it does not clogg. Some people have suggested using a liquid washing product which would assist in wetting mulch. At this point we are puzzled since mfg. states that their Reinco Product can easily desolve these thick Matrix Mulches. Other than cleaning clothes would this liquid detergent work.
