rootstocks

am contemplating rootstocks for fruit trees. plan on learning to graft this winter and also to ensure i'm making the right decisions on my grafted purchases.

my main concerns as to rootstocks are 1)drought resistance

2)longevity . my goal is to maintain my trees at 12-15 ft. my soil is clay with good drainage.

apples i've pretty much came to the conclusion that antonovka, emla 111,seedling and budagovsky 118 should serve my purpose with 111 my main choice.

european pears ?

asian pears ?

european plums ?

japanese plums ?

peaches ?

apricots ?

sour cherries ?

sweet cherries ?

it's quickly approaching ordering time for trees, scions and rootstocks.

any thoughts or opinions ? the only mention of drought resistance rootstocks for these fruits are seedlings.

thanks,
