Craigslist? Hmmm... Sounds like a very grand home! Since it's such a large scale it would only work in a similarly large house, which probably has their own staircase. Most people don't change staircases, and especially not for a recycled staircase!

I think you should think more creatively. Is there a local theatre company or a local college theatre arts program that could incorporate your fabulous stairs on a set? Maybe a commercial space like a two-level store could use your staircase, although it would have to meet code and that might not be possible.
