Some of the morning eggs are awaiting to be boxed, a pot of pasta sauce from the load of tomatoes I've been working on is simmering, the hot water bath canner is heating for a load of tomatoes to be canned, a load of salsa is cooling next to the pressure canner and a peck or so of apples are awaiting to be pared for sauce and desert tonight.
