I am just now heating left-over pizza in the toaster oven. It is a good idea to go to the store fortified, even though I only intend to pick up the Sunday Paper, there are too many temptations hollering for attention.

I'm cooking sausage rolls for a church event so I made extras for myself. I'm saving them for tea.

Lunch is left over lamb chop and mint sauce.

I just finished cleaning the kitchen after serving brunch for 11. We started with cheese, fruit, crackers espresso and mimosas, and then I made breakfast strudels (eggs, peppers, potatoes, onions, ham, and cream cheese in puff pastry braids), apple turnovers, and my dad's homemade venison sausage.

A friend brought a King Cake and a table full of beads. We ate, drank, laughed, played foosball, and tried on all the beads. I would be happy to host brunch every weekend.

I had an egg sandwich with a slice of tomato and smidge of mayo, served up with hashbrown casserole. Then I had a "sneak" of LF's bacon and a half of a blueberry muffin. All topped off with a huge glass of milk. I was getting ready to work. The boys put in the plumbing for the toilet (they finished) and I worked on the pantry some more, doing trim work and sanding (still more to do). My knuckles are ugly today! and hurt.

Just ate the next to last piece of our king cake for breakfast this morning. Has to be gone by tomorrow.
