My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Small yellow flowered shrub/tree

We have a self-sown shrub growing in our back yard which has gradually become an autumn (fall) feature. Most of the year its unobtrusively behind the shed alongside the fence.

It's about 10 feet high at the moment and we would dearly like to know what it is please because if it's not a weed we will propagate it
