I'd say go for standard white. I'm not keen on the biscuit color for sinks, and I think a white apron sink will look great in the kitchen you are describing. In my kitchen I have off white (almost cream) Shaker cabinets, "bone" colored subway tile that matches the cabinets, stainless steel appliances, wood floors, and dark soapstone counters. Our sink is a pure white cast iron undermount--the only true white in the room except for a few cannisters on the counters, and it looks great (much better than if I had tried to find a biscuit sink).

White Dove is the BEST cabinet color! I went slightly creamier because of other trims and colors in my house, but when I saw my best friend's kitchen in White Dove I was envious.
