organic orchards

I currently have about 13 small fruit trees (apple, peach, nectarine, pear, apricot), strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries (the blueberries are not doing so well though) in my yard. I try to keep it as organic as possible. I don't want a bunch of pesticides in my yard or my stomach, but I also realize that some fruits come with certain very specific and unavoidable diseases/pests such as my recent peach tree borer fiasco. So I was wondering what everyone's best 3 pieces of organic advice would be for those of us with fruit (besides keeping the plant as healthy and vigorous as possible).

1- slugs like strawberries - bury pie tins in the garden so the edge is at soil level and fill with beer

2 - raspberry (unwanted) relocation - I have a border of cardboard surrounding my raspberry plants. It keeps the weeds down, improves the soil, and slows down the spread of the raspberry vines. I use the vines to hold down the cardboard so it isn't blowing all over my neighbors yard (at least not usually)

3- keep learning - (hence the thread :D)
