My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Orchid ID?

The following orchid burst into bloom (2 blooms) while I was away for 2 weeks. What a beauty - each flower is 6"x6" - creamy white and golden yellow and smells heavenly. I long ago lost the tag. I have had this orchid for at least 10 years and it's only bloomed 2 or 3 times. Anyone know?
