You need to open an account with a site like Photobucket, Tinypic and upload your photo. Copy the HTML code (you'll see choices on the side of your photo after uploading) and paste the code in your post. Hit the preview button below, and you should see your photo.

Sounds like you have a keiki (baby plant). You can wait for the roots to get about an inch long and separate it from the mother plant. Plant in a small pot of sphag or small bark.

Then come back here, write your post and 'paste' in your post and hit 'preview.'

My photo shows a Equestris Phal with two spikes. One has flowers, the other a baby plant or keiki.
