“They remodeled our kitchen dining room area as well as a bedroom and bathroom. They are excellent at planning, coordinating subs, and execution of the plan. Plus when surprises came up they had great ways to try to correct and it adjust things to try to stay on budget. Tim Sullivan the owner is very detailed oriented and does not need to have anyone checking on his workmanship. His two main employees are very personable, excellent tradesman who keep things as clean as possible. I would highly recommend them for any project. To prove my point they are actually going to be starting another project this spring.”

“The previous owners of my house had converted an unfinished basement into a living area but They couldn't figure out how to access it properly. They took a 5'x7' space out of the small dining area and installed a spiral staircase, it was a horrible solution. I contacted Balustrade. After some discussion we decided to take a unused bedroom adjoining the living area and put a stairway in there. we also opened up that space to the living, dining area. Balustrade gave me a reasonable price and did the job. They were very professional and knowledgeable with excellent work quality, on time and budget. I highly recommend Balustrade Construction Management.”

“Austin has done the general contracting for me for building me a dyke to prevent future floods, he has contracted out to put French drains around my home and is adding a basement bathroom and bedroom to my home. He is very considerate of my wishes and he does what he says. He is matching the style of my home to my remodel job in the basement. He is thinking of my comfort as well and what is best for my budget. He is so helpful and accomodating! He is awesome!!”
