Those aren't eggs. They are aphids. Wash them off.

Don't see enough detail to know for certain. Well, except for one thing -- it's eating the leaf surface.

In the link Kimmsr provided it shows several images of ladybug larvae as "cucumber beetle larvae". Not good for ladybugs!

I'm not sure why kimmsr attached that link, because your little green larva is a caterpillar of one kind or another. Can't tell you which one, there are many, many caterpillars that are translucent green when young.

Regarding the hose....I use my thumb at the end of the hose to create a fan spray with some pressure. You don't much pressure; the aphids aren't that difficult to knock off and you don't want to harm the leaves.

There is no good reason top prune leaves that have been eaten, some, by any larva if the larva are removed. Knocking Aphids off plant leaves with a strong water spray is one really good method of control of them.
