Looks like it is in the Solanaceae (aka nightshade) family. Many are common weeds but also a number of veggies (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc.) are contained in this grouping.

Caution - a good number of this genus are poisonous, so use caution if testing out the berries!

Looks like Solanum nigrum...a little hard to tell, but I believe that's what you got going on there.
