Your orchid looks very dehydrated,this can be from too much or too little water,my guess is that it lost its roots and is therefore not able to take up the water given to it.remove the orchid from its pot and check the roots,I am almost certain it won't have a lot.trim all the brown and mushy roots ONLY leave the firm ones.repot in a mix containing bark.hopefully it will grow new roots,but you need to do this as soon as possible,also you could post a pic of the root system so you could get better help,and also a bit more information would help,example:where do you keep it,how often you water and so on.velleta

I most likely am underwatering them.. also theres these sticky beads that form on the leaves. I am going out right now to buy some orchid potting medium with bark in it. Thank you so much!

Make sure you buy a pot made for orchids.

If you could get clear pots it would be good,this way you can watch as your orchid grows and spot any root trouble that could develope.about the beads dip a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and GENTLY wipe it from the leaves,the plant might be producing it or worst insects,in either case the plant don't need it so remove it.you could also just wipe the rest of the leaves too,clean leaves are always betterðÂÂÂ.One more thought be careful with your waterings after repotting,if you don't have a lot of roots then it can't take up too much water so just enough to keep the plant slightly moist,when you have more healthy roots then your waterings can be adjusted then.Velleta
