Catt. Seedling Help!

Hello all! I've been slowly repotting a recent order from Carmela orchids, and when I got to my C. Bactia "Grape Wax", it had a few seedlings mashed in with the main plant. I ended up finding 3 separate seedlings, if you wanted to call them that. 2 have 2 bulbs and one has, well, 1... My main problem however, isn't that they're small, but they have almost no roots. Older roots have rotted away so I cleaned them and disinfected them as per normal transplant procedure, and they do have tiny nibs poking out, so I am the slightest bit hopeful.

Now to the question! What's the best way to proceed from here? Intuition tells me to throw them in sphagnum and bag them to keep up humidity until they're established, but then again, I am a novice. The plant has been growing decently well in my windowsill with day temps at 80F and night time lows of 60F. Humidity at 45% and 70% respectively. Bright filtered sun in a south window and a heating pad for the cold days.

Any help or opinions are appreciated!

You know, of course, that these will grow into four foot monsters bearing a large cluster of perfumed mauve blooms.
Where is mine growing? In the yard because there is no room in the various orchid places to fit four foot monsters,
Conditions sheltered spot (its winter) lows 40 to 50F day highs 60 to 70F. Humidity down to about 30% during the day if the arid westerly wind is blowing.
When spring arrives and the sun moves further south i'll move it back into the shade-house when more room with a bit of sun becomes available.
This is a tough orchid. Forget about the bag and spag just pot them in small pots or pot them tightly in a compot. Not a good candidate for windowsill culture.

But, it really is (I'm guessing) a four foot monster, taller when in bloom. The OP is a windowsill grower!

It's sooooo beautiful Arthur! That is a kind of monster I love to have anywhere in my property!

I wish I can grow something like that!!

This is the classic fall in love with an orchid without considering the consequences. Something like in the movies where the innocent maiden falls in love withe handsome cad with a mo.
An AOC Judging panel fell in love with this orchid some years ago and gave it HCC/AOC.
Tanie, many orchid growers here fell in love with Miltoniopsis, and purchased same with sad results.

The pic. is of a younger plant. Mine, last flowering had more flowers and I contemplated taking it to an orchid meeting but decided it would be too much of a struggle to get it into the car.

Ah! My previous post... well never posted! Oh no! It becoming a 4-foot monster is one of the reasons I bought it in the first place. I'm just trying to get it better established so I can move it to my parent's backyard where neglect and inconsistent watering is a thing! :) Your flowers look incredible! As a orchid noobie, I can only imagine what it'd be like to be able to grow these things en masse in a greenhouse! -crosses fingers- Thanks all!
