Wonder what is the optimum month to repot in Florida? In any case if you repot, find a pot that is only slightly larger.
Some growers favour clear pots.

Looks good, you could repot now or let it go until next Spring.

As Arthurm stated, only go up an inch or so if you do repot.

For me the deciding factor is the state of decomposition on the bark in this potting medium. If you remove a piece and break it in half you'll be able to decide. If it snaps crisply it's OK. If it's crumbly or spongy then it's not.

The new roots coming out make this a good time if you need to change the medium this year. If they get much longer they break easily.

Take the plant out of the pot and remove all old medium. Then snip off all of the dead roots in the middle of the root mass. I like to sterilize the scissors with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. Then rinse the plant with water and pour hydrogen peroxide over the cut parts of the roots to kill any harmful agents.

Use new medium in the bottom of the pot then place the plant inside and twist the plant gently to get all of the roots inside. Add medium and pack it in to make sure the plant doesn't rock around.

Fertilize weekly, weakly during the growing season. You will likely be rewarded with a new flower spike in Dec or January.
