It is an orchid in the Oncidiinae Sub-Tribe. Probably an Oncidium Hybrid or Species.
The numbers are against you unless you can find an exact match.

What a great website! (I have it bookmarked now) I didn't see the exact orchid you have pictured though, but now you are closer and can do another Google image search. You can also add something descriptive, like "white lip" or "spotted petals" and maybe narrow the search. J
