My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

New York Growers

My orchid society (Greater Westchester OS) is holding their annual aution next Tues. The have tons of plants from the top growers. From what I hear, this year is supposed to be really good. Plants from Carmela's, EOoM and other Hawaiian growers. It's always fun and open to anyone. I really shouldn't go, as this auction always does me in. I may just go to 'volunteer.'

The auction is approx. 1/2hr north of the City, right off 95 or the Hutch.
