Very normalðÂÂÂ.the roots that are in the pot has more moisture in them thus the green colour.the ones that overhang gets more air so dries faster.You can use this to know when your plant needs water, when all the roots are silvery, like the ones on the outside give it a good watering.also get so care sheet on your plant it really helps.you can use Google and get lots of information.your plant is and phalaenopsis orchid, very easy to take care of and only requires bright shade to bloom, NO direct sun this will burn the leaves.you can use 20-20-20 fertiliser at a quarter the dose recommended about every two weeks but make sure to use plain water to throughly flush the pot at least once per month.your plant looks healthy.is it still in bloom? Not sure if it's right or wrong, but I do spritz my outer white roots lightly with water. I think I feel bad for them!
