Recommendation for a water lily seller?

hi, I would like to buy one tropical water lily for my tiny (3 ft. across and deep) pond. In the past I've bought through the internet (there are no sellers of water lilies in New York City that I can find and I don't have a car or I'd hightail it to Scherer on Long Island) and the problem is that they sell me baby plants that never seem to flower much.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a grower who will sell me one nice, fully developed tropical water lily over the internet?
