Might be a Catt, might be something else. Hard to tell from that pic, can hardly see the pseudobulbs

It looks like to be a Bulbophyllum to me due to the pseudobulb's shape. The new leads way of growing reminds me of bulbopyllum.

I agree I thinks its a bulbo of some sort.
