It's included in another post on here......somewhere...I had mounted it along with another one onto a log and placed it outside.....to early. It got completely fried by the sun. It lost all of it's leaves. I left it for dead.

Some how....the tiny core that was left forced up one leave, then another, and then yet another!! All within a months time during the summer. This thing wanted to live. It also grew a basal kiki, which I cut off.

The biggest leave on the right was burned by frost because I left it outside too long. You can see if you look close enough that I reshaped the leave with scissors, cutting off the rotten spot created by the frost.

It's just so funny....this one is the last one in the world that I would think would be throwing up a spike.
