My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Nervilia holochila flowering

The ground orchid, Nervilia holochila, makes an appearance after the first storms. Although, these particular ones may get a bit confused from time to time because they're in range of my irrigation system. I have a couple of large colonies of them down the back of my property, they have to rely solely on the storms.
