I bought a bare root body bag Wild Blue Yonder three weeks ago on sale from the local hardware store (bad I know but it was $10). I intended to plant it right away but was placed on bed rest two days after purchasing it and DH has bigger things to do than plant my garden (such as caring for our other 2 kids).

I just noticed that the plant has started to leaf out. Can the bush be saved? How long do I have to get it in the ground? Its supposed to rain tomorrow.
