I've started a few varieties from seed. Some germinate very quickly, others can take months. I've only had good results using bottom heat and fresh seeds have a better germination rate. What variety do you have and are the fresh or dry? If they are dry you can try a number of different soaks, water, orange juice or alcohol (ethanol not isopropyl). There are a number of other methods for starting passiflora seeds. You should look in that forum.

I don't know the specific variety, but they are fresh.

If they are fresh I'd just plant them ASAP without a soak. I wipe the pulp off before I plant them but I've heard from some people that plant them pulp and all. I'm afraid that the pulp would attract fruit flies. I barely cover the seeds with moist potting mix and keep the pot covered until they sprout. I use a seed mat for bottom heat.
