Very possibly spider mites, not spiders. Are they tiny?
Probably want to attack from a mite perspective instead of spiders. Spider mites can be very, very damaging to orchids...

Insecticidal "mite" sprays, water/soap mixes, neem/horticultural oil, etc... are the best approach.

Do treatments once a week for 3 or 4 weeks to be sure to get everything including eggs, babies and adults.

If they are actually spiders, much less worry.

Sorry for the typo! I meant spider mites. I use to get rid of them on other plants using a water/soap/methanol mix, but I read somewhere that Nelly Isler leaves should never be sprayed. I just want to make sure before spraying it with my mix.
