I'm aware of some the reasons algae forms......... excess moisture, poor air circulation, wrong temps, but I guess my question would be......... "How much harm is this algae doing to the seedlings?"
Much of this forms (on seeded flats) in the first few days they are under domes & on heat mats in the germinator. I'm guessing it's due to lack of air circulation. Not sure I'm experienced enough to leave the domes off......
