We are going to need to know what growing conditions it is given. Light? Water? Fertilizer? Temps? When was it last repotted? Is that location where you normally keep it?

It might just be natural shedding of leaves. Phals do that sometimes. Don't be too worried. It is nowhere near death's door. Yet:)

Healthy Phals do not shed that many leaves at once. My guess is you have a root problem and might be keeping the plant too wet. Just a guess as you haven't provided any information on how you are growing the plant.

I did provide growing info on previous posting. Jane u suggested no ice cubes. I've always wondered about that. Thinking about repotting. Should I use the same size container?
