Baggie method question

18 years ago

I started my seeds in baggies 2/29. I have sprouts from the broccoli and cauliflower for two days now.

When do I transfer them into my flats?

Do I transfer ones that sprouted and give a chance to the other ones that didn't by leaving them in the filter for a few more days?
