Seedling Fertilizer..........

I got myself in trouble a few weeks back, flying by the seat of my pants, using diluted 20-20-20....... Singed some pets.... I own a ppm meter, just forgot I even had it!

Soooo........ How many ppm is safe for annuals (Coleus, Imps, Pets) if they're in the growth stage of these Coleus? And how often should I fertilize?

That's a quarter in the pic for comparison........
