seed starting --- time table

My friend has just given me a number of seeds that I have listed below for your review. Considering I am in New Jersey (Zone 6), would it be appropriate to "seed start" any of the vegetables below for this season, either by sowing them indoors or directly in the garden and/or containers?

I know it may be technically late for some of the items, since they should have already germinated, grown as transplants, hardened off and some even placed in the garden, but I am willing to have a late start considering I purchased a few transplants last prior to being given the seeds.

Your thoughts and suggestions?
