I go through color cycles also...my tastes change every few years. I used to be wildly in love with pinks, but over the last couple of years really started liking the yellows, oranges, and 'hot' colors. Guess we've changed places!

Gets expensive, though, when I have had to redecorate and change the inside of the house....that's another thread, though.

Good luck on finding the pink roses of your dreams.

Me too, fickle I guess. It's not so much color as form. I'll love singles, then I find them boring. Love the high centered shape of many modern roses, then fall hard for Austins and many of the old roses. There is also the phase (about 2-3 times every year) when I want to yank them all out and plant easy care tropicals, but I never do.

I remember when I first started with roses, I wanted lots of petals, lots of blooms, lots of rebloom... and I hated reds. Now I am loving the reds and the "traditional" HT's that I used to ignore like Tiffany, Double Delight, etc. And miniatures, used to hate 'em, now I love 'em.

Really not weird at all. Remember being a child, the older toys would get pushed aside for new better toys.
Maybe we never grow up in that sense. LOL
