My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Trivial question: bamboo seed

Amazon has some bamboo seed. Two or three kinds. I haven't studies bamboo since the 1960s but it was my impression that bamboo from seed was ridiculous, took half a lifetime. Were my professors wrong or is Amazon trying to make fools of us?
