Eastern redbud seeds...are these viable?

Collected a couple of handfuls of Redbud (Cercis canadensis) seedpods.
Some seeds are black and slightly shriveled or dented, others are brown and plump.
I have only ever seen the black dented ones previously, but I've never actually tried to grow the seeds, and want to try. So, which ones are viable?
