My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Without double checking the plans, I would average the size at around 25' wide x 45' long.

    Would you be tell me the distance from floor to the bottom of the "beams" and how deep the "beams are? We have 10' ceilings and I'm trying to get some perspective for our house. thanks

    Oh my....off the cuff, I would say that to the bottom of the beams is at least 10-12 feet.

    Without having specified the flooring, I would say that it could be a beautifully stained heart pine.
