I am tiling a small (3 Sq. ft.) area around my indoor shower spigot/H2O handles with a oval, clear 2"x3/4" moseique glass tile. Was wondering if anyone had tried using a white mortor and blotting or smearing different tints of green and blue food coloring on the mortor, prior to setting the tile, to give an underlying "water drop" appearence. Thank you in advance for any/all ideas.
