That's about a 27% slope - I hope you're not planning on driving down it without a 4X4. I have built stone steps in similar situations - the design mostly depends on what you are going to do with it and what material you have to work. If you have big stone slabs and a way to place them, you are all set. Just figure the rise and run to average 27% and start at the bottom. For example, if your stone is 6" thick, make the step about 22" deep ("tread width"). Keep the front edges of the steps all in a line (a string from the bottom step to the top should touch all the steps) and it will look great. Good luck
