Here are the results of my water quality:

Nitrate: 0 ppm according to the chart this is safe

Nitrite: 0 ppm according to the chart this is safe

Hardness: 150 ppm (hard) according to the chart the ideal range is from 50 to 150 ppm

Chlorine: ~ .25 ppm according to the chart danger starts at .5 up to 6 ppm

Alkalinity: 300 ppm according to the chart the ideal range is from 120 to 300 ppm

pH:~ 8.0 (alkaline) according to the chart the ideal range is from 6.8 to 7.2.

The water in my pond is from my garden hose which i put in a week ago. Pond is 700 gallons. Any recommendation to what i should do about the pH?

Your PH is fine but there should be NO Chlorine in the water. If you have fish in the water use a good declor..
