See which of your local garden centers gets roses from the wholesaler Weeks, or perhaps J&P. As far as I know only Weeks and J&P still do standard ("tree") roses.

I've read a lot of horror stories about Growquest.

I haven't heard anything good about Growquest, either.

I DO know someone who custom buds standards. She did all of the standards in the renovated gardens at Hearst Castle, and her work is terrific.
But then, she is in CA, AND it's probably fairly expensive.

How about a ’Melody Parfume’ flanked by 2 ’Tuscan Sun(s).’? I have these in my front yard. Also, try a 36” tree rose ’Strike It Rich’ with a ’Valencia’ on each side. These are in my backyard and need space.

I would second the motion to ask local garden centers/nurseries. If it was me, I would just call them on the phone. That is how I got the tree roses I have. That way you do not have to worry about shipment, and can just pick them up.
