Go ahead and put them on the truck with other belongings.
Water first than wrap the plants in burlap. Besure to put the plants in between something sturdy so they wont fall
over and damage their roots. They will be fine. I haved moved container plants from Arizona to Mississippi, the
good thing about it is that you are not leaving them behind
like so many people do when they move across country. Have a safe trip.

I don't know anything about the palms, but the hibiscus will appreciate having water-saturated nappies (overnighter disposable diapers) wrapped around their rootballs. Cover with several heavy plastic bags - construction-weight (6 mil, if you can get them) will be sturdiest. Set the plastic-wrapped ball in a snug cardboard packing box (cut out hole for stems to poke up), and wrap the stems with brown wrapping paper, with or without bubble-wrap for padding. They should travel without too much stress. If they are travelling the end of February, it is unlikely they will be subjected to any long period of cold.

Check to be sure the trucking company is willing to accept them as part of the load!
