Who told you there was urine in the new bottle?

Shake away did. She said it was a long story and the epa or someone like that said they could not put it on the bottle, but it is in there she said. What more could I say but after I thought about it and was looking for something without urine in it and yet there is ITS NOT RIGHT! I also had emailed critter repellent website she said they just sell it and that I should contact shakeaway for the answer. I guess my question is, is it a law that all ingredients need to be listed! Also asked the girl at the local store she was very evasive and never answered my question. Something is HUSH HUSH HERE

First, any ingredient other residual traces MUST be listed on the label. Most sales clerks and helpline persons are not the best source of accurate info. I suggest you contact the manufacture directly. If you don't get an answer contact your state Environmental agency for assistance.

i did talk to the manufacturer she said it was a long story. I figured the heck with it, but the more I thought about it the more it bothered me. I thought perhaps she'd offer my money back or something but did not. One complaint is not going to do anything. I just won't use it.

I did a limited search and found that not all their products contain predator urine. The info from the manufacture about the product you stated showed the label as stating it contained 5 different predator urines. I would take the product back to the merchant you bought it from and get a refund, the manufacture will not give you.

. Online on the manufacturers site they list it as such that the ones I listed below have urine in them.. But if you go to a store that carries it and look at the Rodent control formula and critter formula. There is no mention of urine in the bottle when there is urine in the bottle. There is urine in the deer formula and it says it. Agways carry it. If you have agway around check it out. Its an EPA issue! and a shakeaway issue.

The items you get off the shelf are not as concentrated or as strong as what we professionals use ... so don't be discouraged when you get little or no results.

The only one I have found that truly work from their product line is the Snake-A-Way we get and use ... but all are a 2-3 month application ... depending on how much rain is received.

The Shake-A-Way will also only work on certain genus of rodents ... but not all.
