ACK! I just this past week finally transplanted probably close to 75+ perinneals (iris, daylily, asian lily, hotas, astilbe, lots of other stuff) from my old house to a temporary bed at my new house (temporary = I'm going to let them grow there for up to a year while I decide where to put things).

Now tonight we're getting a hard freeze and tomorrow we're getting up to four inches of snow and/or a bunch of freezing rain!!

HELP!!

I don't have any mulch to put over them and I CAN'T go buy a bunch of mulch to put over them because that's a job I always have to hire out because Me + New Mulch = Instant Serious Asthma Attack, and there's no one I can call today to do this for me.

I'm worried about putting plastic or a blanket or something like that over them because I'm afraid of the result of the weight of the snow or freezing rain.

What can I do?!? Or will they likely be ok?!? HELP!!!!! I'm freaked that after all this I'm going to lose everything.
