messenger fertilizer- opinions wanted

I was talking to a fellow gardener this weekend and she recommended a plant fertilizer by the name of messenger. I looked it up on the internet and found the mfrs site, but it was not very detailed. If anyone has had any experience it how did you like the results? Is it something worth trying?

It is not a plant fertilizer, but a hormone.

I listen to a garden show on Sunday mornings out of New York at 8am on radio channel 710. The host spoke about the product and thought I would try it. So far my roses are incredible. They are full of buds and look healthier then ever. The product is suppose to help with black spot and create more blooms. So far I am very impressed. I will let you know later in the season, but so far I am very happy with the results.
